This page is the registration page for Vendors (Merchants and Service Providers, and Groups/Organizations.  If you plan to attend the WNY Pagan Pride Day as an attendee registration is not required.

Vendors (Merchants & Service Providers)

 and Informational Tables

For the 2024 WNY Pagan Pride there are two categories of vendors, merchants (Emerald Room) and Service Providers (Claddagh Room).

Vendors may register for multiple registrations. Vendors who purchase more than one “vendor” registration are eligible for a 10% discount.

Merchants

Merchant Spaces will be considered based on the following criteria:
Merchandise that can be expected to be of interest to Pagans (e.g., ritual tools, hand-made jewelry, etc…)

  • Businesses owned and operated by members of the local Pagan community.
  • Handmade items are preferred over mass manufactured merchandise.
  • (Preference will be given to Pagan merchants and hand-crafted items of interest to Pagans and metaphysical/spiritual folks.
  • A limited number of spaces are available. WNY Pagan Pride reserves the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar merchandise.)

Merchant: 1 Banquet Style Table: $55.00

Premium Merchant: 2 Banquet style tables (“L” shaped}: $75.00

Service Providers

Service Provider: 1 Banquet Style Table: $75.00

Service Spaces will be considered based on the following criteria:

Service Booths for the 2024 WNY Pagan Pride Day are being offered as a service to the community and are subject to the universal pricing policy set forth in an attempt to allow people at all economic levels an opportunity to experience these offerings.

  • Universal Pricing Policy
    • Full Reading (30 minutes) at the rate of $50.00
    • Mini Readings (10-15 minutes) at the rate of $25.00.
    • The purchase price for Any other goods/services is at the discretion of the reader/vendor.

Readers may sell a small quantity of goods at their reading booth, if selling a booth full a merchant booth (and staff necessary to run it are needed.)

There is a limited number of spaces are available. Spaces accepted on a first come, first serve system. 

INFORMATIONAL TABLE

Tables to present information is FREE for local groups and/or organizations.

Information booths must be informational only, no sales, services, or fundraising may be conducted at an information booth.  

*If you plan to sell items or solicit donations you must apply as a vendor.*
